Wiring harnesses,engineered without compromise.

01TE Spec55 only
02Concentric twist as standard
03Tested & documented
We build wiring harnesses for motorsport, restomod and low-volume engineering programs. Exclusively with TE Spec55. Concentrically twisted as standard.
Only Spec55. No exceptions.
TE Spec55 — mil-spec M22759/32 — is the only wire we use. Silver-plated copper conductor, modified radiation cross-linked ETFE insulation, rated from −65°C to 150°C, with outstanding resistance to fuels, oils, and solvents.
We don’t stop at the wire. The full System 25 ecosystem — Raychem DR-25 heatshrink, System 25 molded boots, high-performance epoxy — seals every harness we build.
Connectors are matched to the application: Deutsch DTM/DTP and Souriau 8STA for custom builds, factory connectors — modified to seal properly — where plug-and-play compatibility matters.

Every section, concentrically twisted.
Concentric twisting packs the wires into tight, repeatable, symmetric layers. Completely handmade, layer by layer, so no single wire carries more stress than the others. The result is lighter, quieter, and more predictable than any bundled harness — and we design for it from the first pin-out, not as a finishing step.
Engineered before it’s built.
Every harness starts as a complete CAD design in Cadonix Arcadia: schematic, cable design, 1:1 formboard, bill of materials, wiring plan, connection plan. Pin-outs, routing, cross-sections, lengths — all calculated and documented before a single wire is cut.
Nothing is improvised on the bench. Nothing is guessed.

Drawings, BOM, traceability — yours to keep.
Every harness ships with a complete documentation package: engineering drawings, wire-by-wire BOM, and traceability back to the materials used. At every sealed connector we build in service loops — extra conductor length that keeps the bundle moving freely and the harness serviceable years from now.
If you ever need to rebuild, extend, or audit the harness, you have everything.

Tested before it leaves.
Every harness is tested with dedicated equipment before it ships: continuity, insulation integrity, and correct routing per the drawing. Splices are crimped into branch points — flexible, reliable, no solder-joint weak spots.
The test report goes in the documentation pack.

A small team. A direct line.
Carrot Wiring Solutions is deliberately small. You talk to the person building your harness, not a project manager. That means decisions happen fast, changes are easy, and nothing gets lost in translation.
Series harnesses & components.
An ongoing catalog, built to the same standard as our custom work.
